Our products

All Hoofcount products are custom‑built using marine‑grade stainless steel. Designed with simplicity in mind and engineered to a high standard, we ensure your cows gain maximum benefit while helping you prevent cattle lameness.

Standard

Footbath

The Standard Footbath is up to 3m long and 800 mm (internal) wide. It provides two dips per hoof and is mostly used in smaller herds, often paired with robotic systems.

Excel

Footbath

The Excel Footbath is up to 3.7 m long and 600 mm (internal) wide. It allows three dips per hoof and is well suited to larger herds of 200+, particularly on the exit of rotary systems. It features strong stainless‑steel side sheets that help keep chemical in the bath and prevent cows from stepping on the sides.

Footbath

All baths are custom built to suit your space. As space is often at a premium on robot farms, we recommend the Standard bath. Footbath requirements depend on robot numbers and layout, and many head‑to‑head farms install a single bath on the exit race.

Pedivue

Lameness-detection system

Using machine learning and vision technology, the PediVue system (launched in 2024) can detect early signs of lameness. Positioned at the exit of the footbath, the camera monitors each hoof daily and, through machine learning and AI, alerts the farmer or herdsperson to very early signs of Digital Dermatitis (Mortellaro)
