The Excel Footbath is up to 3.7 m long and 600 mm (internal) wide. It allows three dips per hoof and is well suited to larger herds of 200+, particularly on the exit of rotary systems. It features strong stainless‑steel side sheets that help keep chemical in the bath and prevent cows from stepping on the sides.

All Hoofcount Footbaths come with the same standard control box, equipped with two chemical pumps so you can alternate solutions as needed. You can choose the chemical type and dosage each day — good footbathing practice is “little and often”, meaning daily use with ratios as low as 1.5%.

The Footbath can run via the Cow Counter, a timer, or manual mode. The Spray Wave is designed to maximise wash‑out efficiency, ensuring the bath is cleaned thoroughly from top to bottom and excess debris is cleared throughout the cycle.
