We recognise that in light of the uncertainty regarding coronavirus that it is paramount to ensure that we have processes in place to ensure our Farmers are able to continue their normal footbath routine as much as possible.
We would like to reassure you all that we are doing our best at Hoofcount HQ to ensure footbath orders are still being built up under government guidelines and social distancing laws and therefore are still continuing to go ahead.
However, where possible we are using couriers and delivery services to deliver parts and baths. Therefore what may have been next day delivery may be a 2-3 day service whilst these restrictions are in place.
